What Data Is Collected
- When you connect through your Facebook or Instagram account, data provided by the Meta platform — such as name, profile, and contact details — may be processed.
- This data is used only to respond to your requests, prepare service offers, and provide customer support.
How to Request Deletion
- To delete your data, send an email to info@finorasystems.az with the subject "Data deletion".
- Include the name and contact details that identify your account; alternatively, you may use the contact form on the website.
Timeline and Outcome
- Once your request is received, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
- A confirmation is sent through the contact you provided; data is not retained except where required by legal obligations.
